•In the event a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24hr notice is required. Any cancellations/rescheduling less than 24hrs will be required to pay 50% cancellation fee of services scheduled. Cancellations/rescheduling same day as appointment will be required to pay 100% of services scheduled. •No call/ no show will be required to pay 100% of said services scheduled. •Please arrive on time. If for some reason you are running late please communicate that with the me. I may or may not be able to complete the scheduled service due to clients arrival time and other scheduled services. 15 minute grace period is given to clients. If you have not communicated that with me, once that 15 minutes is up this is considered a no call/no show. I understand emergencies come up, for this I will take in consideration of events/occurence. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Please keep in mind that a card will be kept on file or a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your total day of service for clients to ensure the policy is affective. •Return check fee $40
